I am playing this game, and enjoying fir months now, also paying occasionally for Extra emeralds and energy. I feel like a fool now reaching level 40 and using the trade company, after two levels getting a water silo who provides 50 doses of 1 water and then disappears So much effort to get it and then nothing!I am so disappointed Thinking of changing the game I am playing I have paid a lot of money to this game and find myself in the position to continue paying to get a satisfying game experience I think it’s enough, I am really disappointed

A good effort but...

A nice game, not too interesting and very demanding for cash. There is no pay to win because there is nothing to compete with for a win but in order to proceed, a player needs energy which is too little and therefore, a player needs to pay a lot of money in gems to play the game with no interruption. There are some ways to refill the energy during the gameplay but it is more to challenge the intelligence of the players rather than actual energy boosts. I play it not for almost a week and as the game is, I give it a few more days before I delete it. For someone who doesn’t want to pay for no reason (yes the graphics are good but the gameplay is very bad to ask for money for such work), the game becomes boring before even reaching lvl 10. Then at lvl 11, I can’t keep up with the progress of the game as I have no cash for new buildings, no resources to develop parts for the buildings and no energy to get the resources. It’s the moment that a player pays to continue but I won’t do it. I think sooner or later I ll be out, but if you want the new players to be engaged, let them play. The strategy of the developers is too greedy for such game.

Hello! Thank you very much for the extensive feedback! However, you are not obliged to spend real money to make progress in the game. The thing is that there are many activities in Klondike and the strategy of concentrating your activity on a particular part is not the best one you can choose. While waiting for the energy to refill you can complete orders on the order board or load ships, feed animals and indulge in other farming activities. Using that strategy you will not be bored waiting for the energy bar to restore and will succeed in all aspects of the game.

I run out of energy. I run out of resources to build and complete tasks. I run out of money. Experience bar fill up to difficult.I like this game but I run out of everything in one minute and then exit it. You can add the option for ads to gain some things. Or more gains from the tasks. I want to play more!
