I love this app, but lately, when i make a photo in facetune and save it in my camera roll, and try to upload it on Instagram, the photo becomes blue! I re-install the app twice! What is the problem? Waiting for your reply!
Developer Response
So sorry! We're releasing a fix for this in the next few days. If you email us, we'll add you to a list and notify you once the update is live: facetune2.support@lightricks.com. Again, apologies!
It automatically lowers the highlights

Even though it’s a great app for editing, when I upload a photo the app automatically lowers the highlights and the brightness of the photo. That has a result for the picture to lose its depth which is created by the highlights and the shadows from the source of light. I find it a great flaw in my opinion and it really holds me back from using the app and that’s why I give it 2 stars, in hope that the issue will be soon fixed.
Why

This app was actually perfect! It was the only thing I used most of the time to edit my photos. I tried the vip and it didn’t provide something that I really needed so I canceled it. However, since then the features in the app that were free now are not and I don’t know why is this happening. It’s so disappointing! Now is useless to be honest...If you guys wanted to earn some extra money instead I would say just put ads instead making basically everything vip
HQ photos problem

Amazing app but all of a sudden when I want to facetune a photo from my canon camera the app shuts down without saving any changes. With the iphone photos it’s ok but with my high quality ones no. Please do something, the rest of the app is awesome!
