Hello, I have been playing Mobile Legends for a long time and I really enjoy the game. The gameplay, hero designs, and updates keep the game exciting. However, I would like to share some feedback that could improve the player experience.First, the matchmaking system sometimes feels unbalanced. Many matches place players with very different skill levels on the same team, which can make ranked games frustrating. Improving the matchmaking algorithm to create more balanced teams would make the competitive experience much better.Second, the reporting system could be stronger. Players who intentionally feed, go AFK, or troll often do not receive enough punishment. A stricter system would help maintain a healthier community and fair gameplay.Third, it would be great if there were more ways for players to earn battle points and rewards through gameplay. Progression can sometimes feel slow for players trying to unlock new heroes.Lastly, I really appreciate the constant updates and new heroes. Continuing to focus on balance changes and fair gameplay will keep the game enjoyable for everyone.Thank you for your hard work and for continuing to support the game. I hope these suggestions help improve the experience for the entire community.

No matter how much you play it feels like you can not progress in the rank. Becuase there matchmaking system is horrible. One match they are gonna give a completly noob enemy where they will be left behind many score and you will win. And now comes the scary part if you start another match again the loosing team is gonna be your and your team gonna lose horribly like the enemy team defeated previously. Thats not the end of it it ouccurs in mani match after they let you win in one match. Honestly if they bring skill based matchmaking this game would have been more new player friendly. And its coming from a player thats playing for 2-3 month. i know not that long but the pattern is noticable even for a new player. Just go to the epic rank as a new player you will understand. One match your enemy is a noob team in another match bwalla your enemy is full peak immortal players( highest rank in the game ). So, this is a completly scripted game. And i Dont recommand you playing this game if you have get frustrated easily or you have short tempered. Thank you and if any game developer seeing this please rework on the matchmaking system and make it skillbased. Then maybe new players will enjoy the game to play more , Right of now i cant even play 2 game properly in one session.

First of all the game it’s so fun to play ! Everything works fine ! Skills and heroes and the fights everything seems so balanced, as an artist I will say this negative feedback, respect to character development and the graphics designers first of all , but I see the skins kinda expensive for the way it look in game , I know the size of the hero’s can’t get so much details in game , but atlist I will like to have 4/10 of the skin that I buy for let’s say 20 euro , in game some I can enjoy the buy . Some skins is way different on the buying list than in game , if you got some balance there , then you are 10/10 game , for me now it’s 9/10 game , still good yea but we must look at the job more than the money . i stop playing for 4 months, because its overflowing with toxic and stupid players.After stopping for 4 months i play again,,its not overflowing with toxic but it became worse,,Its overflowing x10 with toxic and stupids,A lot of players going auto lock during hero selection,,they dont adjust according to the first pick..only picking whatever they want..instead of going higher rank,,its the opposite happening ( going lower rank)..I believe that you must put minus 3 credit score in every report complains,,So when reporting the toxic and stupid players,,they will get at max minus 20+ credit score,,because its not always you play with friends,,most of the time you go solo que..and its not every game you have protection shield againt losing stars and points in a rank game..I really do appreciate you consideringwhat i said..i believe it will benefit a lot of players, and will make them enjoy more the game,,its ok even if you lose a game as long as both teams played fair with teams kills not 5 to 20 10 to 40,,because of one team member that is very toxic and stupid,,losing every game just because of toxic and stupid players is not fun at all.. REALLY...because in this game, its hard to get stars and points that you need to rank up..butits easy to lose them all,,because of toxic and stupid players on a team...thank you..I really do believe that what i said will help a lot of players enjoy more the gameTHANKS...I HOPE TO SEE YOUR RESPONSE ON THIS...
