Comfort lets you sit back and just enjoy the ride. And The Fastest is the best in case when the service class doesn’t matter and you just need the closest ride available!
Ride safely
Safety is our top priority. You’ll see who’s coming to pick you up and in which car right in the app. You’ll see info about the driver, such as their name and rating, and will be able to share your route with whomever you like so they know where you are.
Smart destinations
Yango will suggest destinations for your rides based on your ride history, like first offering ‘home’ as a destination because it’s your most common request on weekday evenings. Ride the smart way!
Multiple destinations, one route
Yango makes everyday life super easy. Like picking the kids up from school, dropping a friend off at a market, and doing some quick shopping on the way. Just add a new stop in the app, and Yango will recalculate a new route for the driver.
Request rides for close ones
Show you care by requesting rides for friends and relatives. Get your mother to a doctor’s appointment, book a ride to pick up your special someone, or get each of your friends a ride home after a night out. You can request up to 3 cars at once.
Refer friends and get discounts
Invite friends to try Yango and save together. Share your personal promo code, get a discount on your next ride and grant your friend with an extra discount on their first ride. It’s as easy as that.
Meet Delivery - it's like a taxi service, but for your packages
We've also built in a fast delivery service into Yango - use Delivery to quickly send personal packages or even business orders by courier anywhere in the city. Delivery is suitable for any item that can be transported by scooter or car.

We came to Oslo and saw this app as an advertisement from our hotel. We installed it and wanted to see how it works, so we selected a route just to see the price. As we were looking at the price I accidentally ordered the drive but realised it the same second and cancelled it. The driver was not even selected yet and needles to say no one had come already. I understand that if you cancel when the driver is there then you need to pay for a cancellation fee, but that definitely was not the case. Next thing I see is the app asking me to pay for the full amount of money for the drive that never happened! I contacted support (chat ONLY) and they said ‘ok you have no debt’. 2 hours pass by and I see movement to my account trying to deduct the amount. Thank god the account didn’t have enough money so it got rejected. Contacted support again last night and still have to resolution. I had to block any movement to my account. Would not order through Yango ever again.

Unreliable rental

Extremely disappointing. I lost an entire day of my trip because of their miscommunication and lack of help. I made the booking for the car rental, paid, sent them the documents and the booking was confirmed. I contacted them on WhatsApp to double check with a real person. Their representative assured me that all I had to do was wait for the car to be delivered to my location. After hours and hours of delays the rental company asked me to resend the documents that I already provided to Yango.Why? Because yango did not forward them my license and passport! So I have to the process all over again with the rental company. I was supposed to get the car early in the morning. I had plans for the day laid out. Turns out I lost my whole day because they could deliver the car after 5 pm. My booking was 10 am. Yango said this is normal, and if I cancelled I’d be forced to oblige with their “cancellation policy” aka pay them regardless. Worst rental experience ever
