I just checked a car with two damages/crashes recorded in the insurance companies' system and it gave me a "looks good" description in the "damages" section. It didn't charge me any credits for the check (credit refunded), but it can clearly be misinterpreted. They should change the description to "unknown" when they don't have data, instead of the misleading "looks good".

30 euros for 0 information for a car which has a lot of problems! Odometer issues, damage issues and the app checks everything ok and no issues in all categories!!! They stole my money!

They stole my money. I bought a full package twice and they never gave me back changes for reports. Also they reported a car model that I didn’t know it. I don’t think that I will take my money back 😡
