Can’t connect, says no connection to internet when I put an address to navigate , also can’t log in … does nothing when I register with my email! Everything is ok.. connected… eventually my phone was the problem not the app… works perfectly! Thanks for quick answer to my mails!

Dear Waze team,I don’t know if you are actually taking into account user feedback but somehow I believe you are different.I am a User based in Athens, Greece a city with heavy traffic almost 24/7. I have used Waze and all other navigation apps such as google maps, here go, and the iOS native app.The positives of the app are the fresh look, the nice interface, the quick event reporting and the fact that the athens ring and the traffic allowance in the city center according to the car’s license plate are considered by the app.what is missing for me are:1. Please integrate the traffic lights on the map like the apple iOS app shows. It is of great help when you are navigating the city streets and are considering options for alternative routes.2. Please show the athens center ring on the map with a red area hatch maybe like the iOS app does. Again it is of great help during daily traffic commutes.3. It would be nice when you are inside the athens center ring and your license plate does not allow it that the app provides a red notification warning similar to when you approach tolls for eg .4. Please integrate a shortcut button on the main screen to avoid Tolls, small streets and dirt roads. This button is partially there when you initially select a route however after you select a route and during navigation, to avoid tolls you must go into the app settings. When you are driving these are too many presses and it takes your attention off the road. Please integrate a shortcut button to remain practical and help the users.5. The app should be quicker to propose alternative routes with their relative time saving when you are stuck in traffic like the google maps app or even when you are approaching a red section of traffic ie before you get stuck. This will make a ton of a difference.6. It would be nice if by inserting the users car average fuel consumption the app can calculate cost of gas and tolls therefore the cost of every trip such as the Michelin app does.Thank you for your attention and I hope this feedback is of help.

Strange routes

I don’t ever write bad critics, but this time I am giving this one because I really like this app and would love if the devs could improve it. In cities I always get strange routes. For example there is an avenue two blocks away with normal traffic but Waze chooses to take me through residential areas and roads with stop signs and without priority etc. In my city (Athens Greece) routes from Waze range from strange to insane, no exaggeration. Please fix it, I really like all the other functions. Oh and please give us Greeks a female voice too 🙂
