It is very frustrating that there is no live support just only generated messages. You definitely need to improve it . Late delivery coupon was issued 4€ instead of 5 € which is stated in your message. I didn’t get any information for my order and there is no one to reach out!!!

The app works well overall, but I am disappointed by the inconsistent pricing of some products.For example, the exact same clothing item may be advertised at a discounted price, but that price only applies to one specific size. If you choose a different size, the price can be almost double. This is confusing because the product initially appears much cheaper than it actually is for most customers.I have also noticed that products advertised on Facebook or Instagram sometimes show a completely different price once I open them in the app. This feels misleading and makes it difficult to trust the advertised offers.I would appreciate more transparent pricing so customers can clearly see the actual cost of the size or variant they want to purchase.
Overdue delivery, can’t find someone to speak to

I made my two first orders! Very stupid of me I paid by card, totally regretting it and now my delivery is overdue, there is no NO way of contacting your company, there are only some answers totally useless when you are in my position. The delivery details are not being updated since 5th of December (today is the 16th) and I am afraid I lost 220€!!!!!!!! You give a phone number which is not a phone number for the courier, there is nothing I can do! Update the status, hire a team that we can chat with, find better delivery companies to work with in other companies and don’t choose the cheapest solution! Also I am going back to Temu which doesn’t change the prices and delivers on time! The fact we see totally different amount while scrolling, while in our basket, while we are paying is ridiculous!!
Disappointed with the process of the return ticket

I wanted to return the item because the size was small to me . I followed all the steps and waiting the return ticket in order to download it and try to send the package back . The return ticket was exported but when I was trying to download it was all a black page . I did it many times but the result was the same again and again even the time that I tried to cancel and do the process from the beginning. The very bad thing is that there is no an email or something to get in contact when you try to figure out . I tried several times through help center which is like automatic answers that CAN NOT SOLVE YOUR REQUEST!! THE RESULT ( I just kept the staff cause with no ticket ) you can not send your item back and the return date just expired .
