Incomplete diagnosis
Failed diagnosis
I uploaded a photo of a patient with obvious skin cancer. I wanted to have a type diagnosis, (squamous cell? Other?) in order to have a first clue before visiting the plastic surgeon for the biopsy since it is August and the dermatologist is away on vacation. I paid 7€ to get the following answer: don’t worry it is not cancer. The picture matches some photos with skin cancer, get a consultation in the following 4 weeks… Well, either you return my money back for the lack of diagnosis, or I just avoid recommending the app to anyone.
