Do not make a subscription or any bookings with this company. They are 100% scammers and will store your credit card information without your consent. My subscription was supposedly canceled and I even received an email confirming that my subscription was canceled. However, I still got charged 90€ and in order for them to not give me my money back they made up a whole story about somebody else creating another subscription with my credit card information, which is why I was supposedly charged. That is a complete lie and they’re making stuff up just so they can steal my money. I also got in contact with my bank and they said that they have had tons of complaints about money being stolen from this specific company. Their customer service is also complete trash just like the whole company is. Even though at the beginning of the call, it says that the calls are being recorded, when I asked the customer service agent to give me the recorded calls, she said that she cannot do that and the only thing she can do is send me a complaint form and of course she said that there is no way of getting my money back even though they clearly just stole it from me!!

Attention fellow travellers- Scammers alert!! I tried to buy a ticket from eDreams. Bucharest to Budapest. Their message was that they will inform me if I was lucky enough to get on the flight. That was unacceptable therefore I called their office. The Greek office forward me to Indian guys (which is odd so the Greek office is just a post office with ZERO accountability - disabled at least, from office) which I have asked for a refund. Since it was their fault. They heard the call. I have asked for refund. Their employees didn’t proceed with the refund. The day of the flight pass and of course I never fly with their POS company. Each time I call I hear the same excuses. In 3 days we will call you. Always the Indian guys. They have the recodings yet they always hide behind Indian scam centers. Cause as said Athens office is full of mentally unable people too. However none ever called me. None ever emailed me. None ever refunded me. I really hope those euros they steal from me find their way to be used. Please don’t ever buy tickets from them. Don’t follow my bad decision. Please be alert. As you see on the case here. If anyone wants I can provide them with all the data needed just to prove my words.

They won’t let you cancel for any reason. I did the free trial and payed an additional two months. I attempted to cancel before the two weeks, they make it hard for you to contact them. Once I finally was able to contact them it passed the time I was allowed to cancel. I also explained it was a mistake I wanted to pay only per month and they would not allow me to cancel it even thought I was not able financially do so. Also had me calling from abroad thirty minutes on the phone just for them to tell me it’s not possible. I would not recommend this company to anyone because they are not at all understanding nor willing to make any exceptions..
