Think Duolingo meets BeReal for the gym! It’s inevitable—everyone has days when they don’t feel like doing anything related to fitness. Between going to the gym and doing cardio, it’s very easy to skip. I believe I’ve found a foolproof method to fix this: peer pressure. Think about it—if you skip the gym and, at the end of the day, you get a notification that your best friend went, what’s going to happen? You’ll feel motivated to go. If everyone you know is posting about going to the gym every day, you’re going to follow suit. At the end of the day, 95% of the battle is just showing up. This app isn’t meant to be a place to show off your workouts—it’s simply a way to motivate users and help everyone hold each other accountable through the power of (good) peer pressure.
