It’s my main tool for sharing files in the final stages of all my professional work, both on a desktop and a mobile environment. Always gets the job done in a fast and intuitive manner. I only wish they release an optimized version of the iPad too, though.
Lost all my pictures after 3 years

I use the collect app everyday, it’s super useful and it I actually need it for my work. I have been using it for a long time and have synced a lot of important files in my account for years. As I thought it’s trustworthy, I only saved my photos in boards in Mycollect. Important projects, special memories, everything organized there. One day it got me logged out and I lost pretty much everything. The support won’t give me an actual update and I only received the automated mail that gives me the possible reasons why I can’t see my boards. Unfortunately, I lost everything and the weird thing is that everything was synced for years in there, so there’s not a chance that I did something wrong. Not saving my stuff there anymore

It worked fine before but then I guess the last update made it stop working. When I receive a wetransfer link and I open it, when I press save with collect up it opens another tab where it promotes the app to download it when it’s already downloaded. It doesn’t work anymore and I can’t save the pictures, I have to download one by one the images to my phone.

Sorry to hear it! This behaviour matches a bug that we're currently experiencing with Collect, for some reason, the app isn't recognising the link as being one that can be opened in Collect, and puts you into a loop of opening the link in the app, being directed to the App Store, and then back to the app again.Our Engineers are aware of this issue, but for the time being, this workaround should break this loop, and allow Collect to open the link in your app:1. Copy the transfer link to Notes 2. Long press the transfer link 3. Tap “Open in Collect”

I ve been using Wetransfer on my Mac for a number of years and it’s always been great and worked well. The Wetransfer app is definitely as good as the “original” Wetransfer we love and trust (and can’t live without)!!!
