Would be a lot more accessible for more users that are not in the Greek App Store if it were available in other stores and not just in the Greek apple store !

App is fine, can’t say the same about the place.
The app works fine for me. My problem is the store I used to order from. The deliveries are always delayed. You order a coffee and they deliver after an hour. An hour for just a coffee!!
In my last order, the estimated time on the app was 30 minutes. I live, by car, 2-3 minutes away from the store. I call the store after 45 minutes to check what had happened with my order and they still hadn’t prepared it because, as they mentioned, they only had one delivery guy and he hadn’t returned from his previous delivery. The employee didn’t even bother to apologize and just suggested she would cancel my order, which I ended up doing of course since I had to leave the house. Never again thank you.

Great application, could use some bug fixing
Although, I enjoy using the app most of the time, I constantly find small bugs that impede the user experience. For example, sometimes the app forgets my card details and address and I need to restart it. Also various ui bugs, like the scrollbar appearing slightly inside the menu sometimes. Regarding the last one, I have informed the company about it and they acknowledged it, however, I still come across it every now and then. Overall happy.
