I love Notesnook. I migrated all my notes from Google Keep for privacy reasons, and it delivers exactly what I needed. I do have one feature request: an option to view notes in a grid of small boxes (similar to Google Keep) instead of only in a list. A grid view would significantly improve the experience.

Disappointment

I purchased a Notesnook Pro subscription, but for the past two days I have been unable to activate it within the app. Customer support has been very disappointing—after receiving one suggestion that did not resolve the issue, my follow-up emails have gone unanswered. At this point, I cannot access the features I paid for, and there seems to be no effective support to help resolve the problem.
