SUBSCRIPTION PRICING & TERMS:
OrganicFit is available with a free trial version of 3 or 7 days (depending on the subscription period), followed by a subscription for 1 week, 1 month, 6 months or yearly.Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of the period, for the same price. You can turn off the auto-renewal at any time up until 24-hours before the end of the subscription period in your Account Settings. When you cancel the auto-renewal, access to the Pro features will not expire immediately, you will have access until the end of the current payment period.

App not working but they charge for the service
I couldn’t use the app and the doesn’t show the subscription cancellation button either. When I tried to log in it said that they cannot find an account matching with my email but they charged me. Sent several email asking for help and finally to cancel my subscription but no response. I am going to report the app.

Charged illegally
I couldn't use the app and couldn't find how to delete the subscription. As a result I was charged this month and still the app is hidden in Apple subscription manager

Kindly note that if the subscription was purchased on our website, it can not be seen or canceled in your AppStore subscriptions list, as it was not purchased in AppStore. You can cancel the subscription at any time within the application by tapping Settings - Advanced - Manage Subscription.

Is charging my card even I Stoped the subscription
I stoped the subscription as said before but the app continue to charge me without even using it.

Our app is subscription-based, meaning that the cost of a plan is charged upfront and is due to be renewed after it expires. Kindly note that deleting the app or your account does not cancel your subscription. You can cancel your subscription anytime within the application by going to Settings - Manage Subscription.
