The signup process took slightly longer than anticipated. The lack of dark theme is a serious disadvantage. The worst thing is that I am unable to load money via apple wallet and I have to manually enter my card’s details. Other than the above, seems like a pretty good job (despite being a copy of Revolut). Finally, there are times during navigation where the app is stuck and I’m unable to navigate on another screen.

We hear every opinion with respect in order to make this experience better. Only with the payzy app you do earn 1% back of your transactions. We are unique in what we do. Thank you! 🤩️

1) The onboarding process took a lot of time, including an unnecessary call with a Payzy representative.

2) The referral (10 euros) program they have, which is based on a invitation scheme from another existing payzy user, is terrible. The application doesn’t work as expected and after multiple emails with their Helpdesk to resolve the issue [I successfully completed the onboarding process using the invitation I received - however they stated that I never inserted my email on a form (which I never received of course)], I simply wasted my time. They couldn’t provide a clear answer on many of my questions, while they kept insisting that I can’t get the referral bonus simply because I never followed their process (which has bugs and extra unecessary steps - probably to avoid giving the money afterwards).

This is not a professional treatment of your clients, COSMOTE Payments. Either change the bureaucratic processes you established, or make the right thing by training your Helpdesk agents doing the rightful actions in case things like these happen due to your bad design if your product.

Problems from day one!
You need to provide personal details and documents THREE TIMES, although valid personal and financial details are cross-checked with government website. Then there is this video call where arrogant teenagers record you , in a similar to “mugshot” fashion.
When started using the app, and tried charging my virtual card, transaction failed and some €100 was pre-authorized for, but never completed. Therefore the sum is not available to payzy account, nor my bank!
The so called “support team” is nowhere to be found, and still “investigating” the issue.
Bottom line is STAY AWAY unless you’re a desperate teenager with loads of time to waste. There are far better similar apps to use, where you have real support and respect as a client.

Hello! The remote identification process by video call is necessary for the identification of the data and the security of your account and is a basic condition defined by the regulatory framework as well as the Bank of Greece. Regarding your issue, have you tried loading your payzy wallet? If so, which bank did you try to top up from? Finally, how are you trying to top up your wallet? Via bank transfer or via another card? From the moment you have sent a request to the email support@payzy.gr and your request is under investigation, it is further checked by the relevant department and you will receive an update if there is any progress in your request.
