Provendry is feed mill management software for the business that runs the mill — formulation, orders, production, inventory, labeling and reporting in one system, shared by everyone on the team.
This app is the mobile client for an organization's existing Provendry account. Your mill's administrator sets up the organization and invites staff; each person signs in with their own credentials and sees only their own company's data.
WHAT YOUR TEAM CAN DO
• Build and price formulas — the ingredient catalog, guaranteed analysis and cost per ton update as you work, so margin is visible while you are still deciding.
• Take orders — one customer, several formulas, one order. Pricing pulls from the formula's current price and the order keeps a snapshot, so later cost changes never rewrite history.
• Run production — confirmed orders land in a queue grouped by location. Print the work order, mark it complete, and inventory deducts itself.
• Keep inventory honest — stock moves when a batch runs, with low-stock warnings before you come up short mid-mix.
• Print compliant tags — guaranteed-analysis labels generated from the formula itself, following AAFCO rules in the United States and CFIA rules in Canada.
• Photograph a supplier spec sheet with the camera and have the nutrient values read off it instead of typing them in.
• Get the feed out — drivers see their loads with compartments and bins, tap to navigate or call the farm, and record cash or a check collected; the floor works the production board from a phone.
• See the numbers — revenue, margin by mix, customer value and fulfillment, broken out by location.
BUILT FOR MULTIPLE USERS
Roles are set per organization: administrators manage the team and settings, staff create and edit work, and view-only accounts can look without changing anything. Multi-location mills keep each location's production, inventory and reporting separate. A full audit trail records who did what.

Provendry is an account-based business system for feed mills. There is nothing to buy in the app — access is provided by your organization's administrator.
