Very easy
it is a very easy application even for someone who is not familiar with technology
Very dangerous
Non existent customer support but even worse no security whatsoever. IT support is nonexistent to say the least, business account was a headache to start with due to false translation of official government documentation. Once that was surpassed by complaining months, a security request for additional documentation was not possible due to the app not uploading documentation, once trying through my laptop and seeing this not possible either, we discovered the account was working with two email addresses thus sending password reset codes God knows where. And this is the Business version……
