Fix for ticket modal delay

UI Enhancements: 1.Create an empty state for the Events and Products screens. 2.Redesign the Live Status header with the addition of a subtitle. 3.Add an empty state for the Live Status for non-registered devices or registered devices without connected events. 4.Redesign the camera button.
