In the Smart Shuttle from Stadtwerke Trier, the journey is entirely up to you: you simply book your journey in the app and we come to pick you (and a maximum of five other passengers) up at your stop in Trier at the indicated time. Our modern electric minibuses will then take you to your desired stop within a shuttle zone. Depending on your needs, you can of course connect to the normal city bus network here. This way we avoid unnecessary empty runs and protect the environment.
In addition to the daily service between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m., the Smart Shuttle runs on Fridays and Saturdays at night after the last night bus until 8:30 a.m. the following day in an extended night area. This means that night owls can travel by bus or shuttle 24 hours a day on Fridays and Saturdays!
Passengers can conveniently pay in the app, or deposit credit at the city bus centre at Treviris Passage.
