Most running apps chase miles on a map. Tempro is built for a different kind of runner—the one who trains by feel, by pace, and by rhythm. If you treat every jog like a scene in your own training arc, Tempro gives you a place to plan those scenes and prove you actually ran them.
StrideDeck is your pace plan deck. Pin routes you care about, set a target pace from Easy Jog through Sprint, attach a photo of the path, and record a short pep talk to fire yourself up before you head out. A bold Pace Pop Strip lets you filter your collection in one tap so the right plan is always in front of you—not buried in a generic activity feed.
PhaseTick is where intention meets reality. Warm-up, Build, Peak, Cool-down: four phases, one honest stopwatch. Run the block, save the segment, and optionally capture before-and-after snapshots so you can see what the effort looked like—not just how long it took. Over time your Phase Ledger becomes a private record of how your pacing discipline is actually improving, session by session.
Everything lives on your iPhone. No account, no cloud, no GPS tracking service, no social pressure—just your plans, your timers, your photos, and your voice notes in a sharp Memphis-style interface that feels as intentional as the training itself. When you are ready to add more plans or save more segments, a simple run balance keeps the rhythm fair; top up in the Run Store and keep building your deck.
Tempro will not replace a coach or a medical device. It will help you show up with a plan, stay honest through each phase, and keep a training story that is entirely yours.
