Disastrous app
The Outnet used to be an excellent shopping experience which has gone rogue. I really don’t know what kind of business decisions lie behind the downgrade but it surely is a study in failure. If you want to flank your business and turn your back to loyal customers follow their footsteps and your failure shall be guaranteed. The problems are numerous with the worst being that their return system does not function. So beware people: if you buy something from them you might not be able to return it. Buy at your own risk or don’t buy at all
A bad update
Where are the model’s measurements and the size info? Also the second picture should be the item worn, this update is frustrating.
Payment failure
Hi! I’ve tried several times today to proceed with the payment, but for unknown reasons it failed. Is it maybe a problem of the application? It certainly isn’t an issue of my bank, since I received several payment confirmation messages. Only the last attempt I’ve made, succeeded and finally I was able to place my order.
