Payment issues
Dear wolt,
The payment functionality via card is working whenever it feels suitable or never at all. I was using an Edenred card and was getting the error “unable to activate card”. At the same time, my roommate uses his Edenred card just fine. So i switched to my actual banking card and it still failed with the same error, to the point that it never works anymore. None of the cards work. And I also tried the web site since there are limitations in the mobile app when it comes to Edenred cards.
It is worth noting that SOMETIMES the functionality used to work. Meaning that i have been able to pay via my edenred card from time to time in the past. And when it fails, it fails in the same places that it once worked. It does not make sense at all.
It is extremely frustrating to not be able to fulfill an order while the same actions with the same card type in the same restaurants is working for another user.
All my cards work just fine in any other service. So the issue is not with the cards but with the wolt service itself.
Worst customer support ever
We had an incident with the venue “48 Urban Garden”, the venue completely messed up (food was disgusting) our order and we had to wait more than 24 hours to have a decent assistance, and impossible to get a refund.
Customer agents are not helpful and on top of that they have attitude when you reach out to them.
The app crash’s a lot
I hope some monitors app crashes because the app starts to reach the unusable point when ordering from a supermarket. As the cart gets bigger if you continuous navigating through the menu the app crashes, if you go background then foreground the app crashes, if you do a lot of search’s the app crashes. The best thing is that after each crash it never keeps your cart history so you have to re enter everything again. Imagine having a 100€ 200€ order from super market and then having to enter everything again ( 3 4 times in a row).
I hope the crashes get logged because the whole app freezes and then exits.
If it wasn’t for the above making my experience immensely frustrating I would say this is the best delivery app but due to the above I am forced to use other apps. Please do something about it it’s been months. ( This happens on 2 devices I own btw )
