+ Thermal Pairing

- Added new thermal pairing flow which allows for pairing visual and thermal images (as well as alignment and markup in one smooth process)
- Added new menu option to attach thermal images (access via long press on visual images in photos tab of the defect/survey creation flow)
- Added new pairing screen which automatically filters out non thermal images and already paired images to make pairing easier
- Added new scrollable paging UI to support the pairing screen, allowing for easy scrolling between possible thermal pairs
- Added support for storing thermal pairing information to the device to persist through app sessions before upload
- Added new icons for photos to indicate when a visual image has been paired with a thermal image
- Added new icons for photos to indicate when a thermal image has associated thermal data (and can be used for thermal markup)
- Added functionality to unpair a visual/thermal pair on the Photos tab when creating a defect/survey (Long press on a paired visual image for a new menu option to unpair it, this will clear any thermal alignment and markup)
- Added ability for paired thermal overlays to be previewed on visual images
- Added abillity to delete entire pair when tapping on the delete button for a single part of the pair

+ Thermal Alignment

- Added new thermal alignment step in the pairing flow
- Added the ability to scale, translate and rotate the thermal image to overlay it on top of the visual image view
- Added the ability to see through the overlaid thermal image to help with alignment, becomes transparent when adjusting the thermal image as an overlay
- Added support for offline storage of the transformation matrix
- Added support to use the thermal alignment information to display the thermal image/overlay overlaid correctly on the visual image
- Added the ability to preview the thermal overlay, aligned correctly to the visual image (Long press on a paired visual image and select preview thermal overlay)
- Added ability to edit the thermal alignment once it has been created in the thermal pairing flow (Long press on a paired thermal image and select 'align thermal')

+ Thermal Markup

- Added support for storing FLIRThermalImages (combination of rendered JPG image and thermal data) from the FLIR camera
- Added support for querying FLIRThermalImages to get temperatures at specified locations
- Added a new thermal markup step in the pairing flow
- Added a new thermal markup toolbar to allow for selection of thermal markup tools
- Added new 'point' thermal markup tool, which allows for marking up a single point on the thermal image with its name and temperature.
- Added ability to change the colour for thermal markup tools
- Added functionality so that markup tools/samples are given a prefix with an incrementing suffix so uniquely identify the thermal sample
- Added new 'thermal overlay' so that thermal markups are stored as an image overlay for the thermal image
- Added support for storing all thermal samples made on the thermal markup overlay separately, so they can be listed in tables, etc.
- Added ability to save thermal markup layer as a separate image
- Added ability to clear thermal markup and start over
- Added ability to edit the thermal markup once it has been created in the thermal pairing flow
- Added new separate markup screen depending on which kind of image has been selected (visual markup screen will show for visual images, thermal markup screen will show for thermal images)
- Removed the ability to do 'visual' markup on thermal images
- Added support for each thermal sample to store a variety of information so the thermal overlay can be recreated
