This app is sometimes-ich, sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t , the layout is also confusing, they should look into fixing the layout and all the bugs, alsodoesn’t help that they have no USSD codes to activate plans so you HAVE to use the app that barely works

The internet and service is good overall but, it’s very frustrating that the App does not work, causing me to have to keep going to an ENet store that is far from where I am living. It’s very inconvenient to have to take out a day and spend hours to travel just to reactivate the plan after adding money to my account. Someone needs to fix this app so it can be easily done over the phone. Also, ENet needs more locations and NOT just in Georgetown or close to town, but spread out into other areas. Thanks

Unable to cancel plans, have to wait until its done or switch to another plan. Most times you cannot activate a plan yourself. Either customer service or store. Very inconvenient and does not make anything simple. Have to keep trying and it's only saying connecting but never connects🤦🏽♂️
