Sometimes to go to class even if I set the speed slow I don’t know why it has everyWord I know

Restricted for 17+???

After update, this app has been disappeared due to it needs 17+ unrestricted, or totally unrestricted in other words. But this is an educational app, supposed for kid, how come it needs to override the children protection for access?
