It stuck everytime when entering credit card expiry date (cannot go back to change payment method either). Wanted to apply the welcome coupon but coupon not able apply again when I make a fresh order by Alipay HK.

The mobile ordering function is very useful especially during peak hours to avoid long queue at the restaurant. Nevertheless there are some suggestions to make it more convenient - to allow users to pay before arriving the restaurant so that the order can be processed at once and we can save the time to wait at the restaurant. Also sometimes the payment process is not so smooth, e.g. no response by clicking the “Pay” button, not sure if it is resulted from any bugs.

Out of four options of payment offered, AlipayHK and Apple Pay both failed to connect. Using last resort, credit card, requires OTP from the payment gateway. That leaves the buyer in misery waiting for the OTP at the mercy of the sluggish card issuer. And by trying all these routes I’ve to make orders again and again. Dev should have left the payment part untested.
