Pizza Hut HK & Macau 4+

Tried to make orders through the app two times this week, both times got error on payment when paying with Apple pay in app.

No solutions at the cashier or customer service channel.

Please solve the problem asap to smooth the payment experience.

This app provides one of the crappiest user experiences I’ve come across in years. It’s basically a very poorly designed, not-optimised version of its web counterpart.
The recent shift of Pizza Hut’s policies to customer service is just as bad. They claim that delivery fee is waived for orders that exceed $350, this is only partially true as it becomes invalid if your final amount falls below $350 after applying their -$50 discount coupon. They have also updated their loyalty points program so that food items redeemed using points are now considered coupons. So you can’t use it alongside other discounts such as the aforementioned -$50 one.
I got so frustrated that I ended up discarding my cart, removing the app and buying my dinner from FoodPanda instead. On the bright side, not only is my meal cheaper and healthier, I also released some storage on my phone.

The app is is full of faults, causes several annoying incidents and disastrous customer experience.

There’s one time when I was trying to order takeaway for collection at a store, every time I add the item to the cart, the app resets itself to the “delivery” mode as if I have picked to order for delivery. This washes the cart item away and I had to go through the same process for almost 10 times , selecting my items in a combo deal before it finally stops resetting itself. These kind of jumping back and forth / auto resetting takes place a lot.

At payment , there is often issues. I was trying to pay by a new credit card but the phone just stopped working and the set up failed ,I had to reselect all the combo again.

The app has poor navigation as well.

Overall not recommendable at all.
