Need to review the user experience on rewards button
I have a reward - a free drink - to redeem. I tapped the rewards button already and naturally one would think that this could redeem my free drink. However my money was deducted instead!! I didn't realise that until I left the store because at the moment when I was paying, the app wasn't refreshed instantly (it didn't say it deducted my money, it didn't say I used the reward either) so I just thought that there could be a time lag until the app would eventually be refreshed. This time lag creates a problem as well because I can't dispute this to the cashier immediately. I have left the store now. That's bad experience.
Page loads very slow. Waste my time
Every time I browse in the app it needs to load the page for quite a while. Its a waste of time to be honest. Why would I need to pre-order in the app while I can just go in the store and order at the counter with less time consumed than ordering in the app?
Also, the app is not able to find the store nearby. I need to see which store I m ordering from. And sometimes there are couple of stores next to me and I would wonder which store am I standing at. I would recommend showing the full address of the store at the door front so that people can easily locate the store!
Being served with bad attitude
I tried to purchase drinks with the app by scanning the barcode of my card. The transaction was not reflected in my transaction history immediately after purchase. Understood that no receipt would be issued unless upon request because of environmental friendly, I did not request one.
However, when the transaction details eventually appeared in my account after several hours, I noticed that the transaction was incorrect. In normal case, this is no big deal if the amount charged is correct. However, some rewards are awarded based on what you had purchased. In this case the purchase history matters. Tried to follow up with staff about the problem but was served with bad attitude.
