Scheduled post cannot be posted

I have scheduled some posts as planned, yet nothing were posted on schedule. Please fix it.

With Schedule, you'll get a reminder when it's time to post, so you never have to worry about forgetting again. It's a lifesaver for busy folks who don't want to miss a post.

Transferring content to Instagram has never been easier. You can either use the 'Share' button or upload your content as usual after downloading it. Simple, right?

Pls help

Chose the 3 days trial but got charged with a year’s fee. Already sent an email to the team and hope it can be resolved soon.

We're sorry that you've encountered such a situation.
If you are charged during your free trial, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
- You have previously used a free trial.
- You selected the monthly subscription option instead of the yearly subscription.
- The 'Free Trial' button was not activated during your purchase.
- The duration of the 'Free Trial' has expired.
- You canceled the subscription less than 24 hours before the trial ended.

Mobile developers do not have access to users' payment information according to Apple’s privacy policy. All payments and refunds in the App Store are handled directly by Apple. If you signed up for a subscription, and you don't want to renew it, cancel it at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Find out more in how to request a refund on the official Apple website.
