利率都不会变吗？
程序员开发出来的产品，只懂基本功能实现，套用前端框架，不懂业务逻辑，不懂数据驱动。直到目前都没有在IOS上找到一款能根据之前几年利率变动自动查询利率，并同步自动换算历史房贷与未来房贷的app，永远只会根据当前利率计算后面的还款金额。也就是只适合刚刚准备买房的人。对那些十几年前买了房，经历期间多次利率变动的人而言毫无意义。其实对我而言没有一星价值，但这不是唯一一款功能简陋的app，给一星对其而言不公平。目前只有在安卓平台上能找到这么一个房贷计算器。
