To the president of the Game Company,

Greetings!

We are representatives of the most dedicated players from Hong Kong's top club. Our guild has collectively spent over a million HKD on your game. However, we recently encountered unfair treatment in the game, leaving us extremely disappointed and frustrated.

Here are the specifics: recently, many of our members purchased a Mid-Autumn gift pack, and some were fortunate enough to obtain their desired players. Nevertheless, these rewards were later revoked by your company, causing us immense inconvenience and dissatisfaction. Clearly, this issue should not be the responsibility of the players.

More seriously, some guild members who invested substantial amounts to upgrade the obtained players had their accounts banned. Your company only compensated them with a few fragments, which is far from adequate to make up for their investment and time spent.

This series of actions has deeply disappointed and angered us, your loyal paying customers. Our significant investment in the game is meant to provide enjoyment and reward, not to be met with such unfair treatment.

We earnestly request your company to address this issue seriously and provide a reasonable explanation and compensation plan. We hope to continue enjoying a great gaming experience with your company rather than facing such unfairness.

I’m a old player, and i had an old account. I couldn’t get it back. I tried to log in with my apple but it’s a brand new account. I tried Game Center in the settings and it just said I haven’t log in the Game Center, which i already did. This is a shame. 1 star is already the max i can give. Absolutely garbage, Fix the game.
