Need to improve connect problem

Not sustainable

- Coins become useless after level of heros reached max. This game is not sustainable.
- Easily got killed when the game start because of the different level of users and different joining time.
- it is supposed to be automatically shooting but there are times no action taken so losing the game for sure. This may be caused by the system or loading problem not the users matter.
- got killed by allies' bomb but no way to complain. But the developer started new rule to ban the user who killed allies is not logic. Got banned because of the reason I killed the final enemy together with allies the system believed that I killed my allies purposely. So developer has never set up rules in different conditions. It is the worst developer I have seen.

2 different level system?

May I know why the game has 2 different level system? Just spend coins for each level and clips with coins?

Each hero possesses a distinct rarity. With every 10 levels, the hero's rarity escalates, and upon reaching the end of hero card upgrades, you'll require them for each subsequent level.
