Thought provoking content and useful functions

Certainly make me think about how healthy my lifestyle is and provides useful content to help me check my medical benefits and easily make claims online

Disappointed on customer journey

Few issue need to spot out
1) Face ID, it were no response if you not using this app after period of time, even you tried to login manually with your passcode, but all fail. Eventually, I need to remove the app and reinstall again. Not very nice of that.
2) Claims history, I totally unable to open the claim details, even short or long press the items. Whatever you reinstalled the app or not.
3) Interface are nice but look are mess, I unable to search the panel doctor by category, you only can search the doctors’ name you know. Not like your pervious vendor.
4) I advise that add a panel doctor check box in eClaim form. I need to follow the panel claims every time for blue card user. (Like your paper form section IV)

Panel doctor list in the App is NOT user-friendly

I remembered when HSBC introduced the App to my Company, the presenter said panel doctor was very user-friendly as user can simply input keywords such as name of doctor, area, specialty and can find the panel doctor from the search result.

But in the reality, the App only shows “No doctor found” when I input keywords or using filter choosing area and specialty. At last, I need to use the panel doctor list on my Company’s intranet to find doctor. Ironically, when I input the doctor’s name shown in the excel into the App, the App again shows “No result”. How “amazing” it is.
