It doesn’t support iOS 15.0

Try to use with my iPhone 13 Pro max, but every time when I turn on the app it keeps showing a message that my phone has no connection. However it still perform fine with my iPhone 12 Pro Max which is still using iOS 14.

Terrible

I’ve used many banking apps in several countries and HSBC manages to be the poorest in every location. When you look at transaction it defaults to last 30 days (oldest first) so you have to rattle through 30 days of transactions to see the latest. Surely most people would prefer transactions from latest to oldest. You can select last 5 days but you have to do every time you log on.
Secondly the smart phone authentication is even slower and more cumbersome that the little keypad. Thirdly, even with smartphone authentication you still need keypad to authenticate new payment, why is thus? I can go on.
In short, congratulations on producing one of the worst banking experiences going.

Annoying

On Account->Account Overview page
I scrolling the page up and down then it jump backed to previous page, very annoying....
Also scroll and loading the account balance and transactions are very lag, not smooth
