市民可在「無盡思念」流動應用程式為離世者開設紀念網頁，上載文字、照片、錄像等，永遠保留對離世者美好的回憶。

申請人在申請編配新骨灰龕位時，只須在申請表上填寫電郵地址。食環署會預設一個載有其先人姓名及離世日期的個人紀念網頁。「無盡思念」網站的先人紀念網頁的首頁會展示骨灰安放期屆滿的日期，並會於安放期屆滿前兩年開始自動跳出有關訊息，提醒相關人士骨灰安放期將在何時屆滿。相關人士亦可使用網頁的專用連結在網上更新聯絡人名單或其聯絡資料。

若離世者符合以下任何一項條件，其家人或親友均可於「無盡思念」網站（http://www.memorial.gov.hk）或「無盡思念」”流動應用程式為離世者建立紀念網頁：
— 在公眾火葬場火化；
— 在食物環境衞生署紀念花園／指定香港水域撒骨灰；
— 在公眾骨灰安置所安放骨灰；
— 在公眾墳場安葬；
— 生前為香港居民，而其遺體或骨灰安葬或安放於香港的私營墳場或私營骨灰龕；
— 在浩園／景仰園安葬；或
— 在食物環境衞生署骨灰暫存設施暫存骨灰。
— 在食物環境衞生署安放流產胎設施安放胎兒。

市民只需輸入簡單資料（包括申請人的電郵地址及離世者的個人資料），便可以為離世者開設紀念網頁，並可揀選喜愛的版面設計、撰寫離世者生平、上載相片、錄像及設定多項功能，亦可設定紀念網頁是否公開予公眾瀏覽。

安葬或安放於香港私營墳場或私營骨灰龕的離世者的資料，須經食物環境衞生署的電腦系統核實。如該系統未能核實輸入的資料，申請人可能需要提交證明文件，申請會由專人另行處理。

市民大眾只需輸入離世者姓名，便可搜尋或瀏覽已上載的公開紀念網頁及在網頁上留言。

Excellent visuals, user-friendliness can be improved

The design is pretty attractive!! A few recommendations for consideration:
1. It would be great to see the settings icon in the landing page instead of in the visitor login page so that I can switch the language when I first visit the app
2. In terms of language setting, it would be great to see both Chinese and English descriptions on language selection (e.g. 語言＼Language) so people can switch to English even when they don’t understand Chinese
3. A bit confused to see the “How to use” page in the visitor login page, I think it would be good to show that at the beginning (instead of a 5s video) so ppl can have a better understanding about your app before getting in.
4. It take me over 30 seconds to wait for the intro and video, which is a bad experience

Music

I think this is a very meaningful webpage to memorise our beloved ones who passed away. It was a big relief to me when my father passed away. Can I suggest if it is possible for users to upload their preferred music as the background music which could be more representative to the person in memory. Thank you!
