I am currently in China and have been using ExpressVpn for more than one and a half years. The connection with ExpressVpn has gotten worse since half a year ago, so I started to find a new VPN service, and I found LetsVPN. The speed is phenomenal, and the connection is incredibly stable. This is the best money I've ever spent! It worths every penny! P.S. ExpressVPN can't get to Netflix, but LetsVPN CAN!

I’ve been using LetsVPN for quite some time, and I have to say, the service itself is excellent. The connection is stable, the speed is great, and it’s easy to use. It’s one of the best VPNs I’ve come across for accessing restricted content and maintaining privacy online. However, I recently had a very frustrating experience that has left me disappointed. I was **wrongly banned by their AI system**, and now I can no longer use the service on my device. I have no idea why this happened, as I’ve always used the app within the guidelines. There was no warning or explanation, and it feels unfair to be completely locked out of a service I’ve relied on and even recommended to others.I tried reaching out for support, but I haven’t received any meaningful resolution. I understand the need for an AI system to detect misuse, but the lack of flexibility or human review in cases like mine is frustrating. Mistakes can happen, and there should be a way to resolve these issues without simply being abandoned as a customer.If they can improve their support and address wrongful bans like mine, I’d gladly give this app the 5 stars it otherwise deserves. For now, though, while the service itself is great, I can’t recommend it if there’s a chance you’ll be locked out for no reason with no way to fix it.

流氓软件,大家千万不要充值,我买了年费,突然有一天就用不了了,提示已到期,但是我明明没到期,我点击充值续费,提示我我的账号存在异常网络行为,无法续费,让我联系客服,我联系客服后客服告知我经AI判定我的设备以后都不能在使用这个VPN了,真的是莫名其妙,我平时只是用来浏览国外网站,他们根本没有进行核实,直接判定我不能再使用,耽误我的时间和工作。我现在猜测是我用迅雷下载东西的时候总是忘了关闭vpn,他们嫌我流量走的多直接给我ban了,真是流氓啊Rogue software, please do not recharge. I bought an annual fee, but suddenly one day I can't use it anymore. The prompt shows that it has expired, but when I click recharge and renew, it shows that my account has abnormal network behavior and cannot be renewed. They asked me to contact customer service. After contacting customer service, they told me that according to AI judgment, my device can no longer use this VPN. It's really inexplicable. I usually only use it to browse foreign websites, and they didn't verify it. They directly judged that I can't use it anymore, which wasted my time and work. I guess now that when I download things with Thunder, I always forget to turn off the VPN. They just banned me because they thought I was using too much data. What a rogue

I am in China so I need a VPN. Express and Astrill both not running smooth in last few months. Download this apps for free trial and see if it works. Use it on 2 IPhone right away and it run smoothly. Failed to use on IPad. After consulted with customer service, she suggests me join member and it would work on IPad. Means I should give up the trial period and buy membership right away. I bought a 7 days trial but IPad still doesn’t work. Consulted with customer service again. She then asked me to remove one account for adding my iPad account because this apps could be used only 2 devices in the same time. I feel really bad they don’t tell me this before I paid and gave up the free trial. This apps may suit for people who have only 2 devices needs.

It is basically a scam service. They work if you pay for a week. But once you paid for the year, they terminate the subscription referring to their “rules” and “suspicious activity.” In my case I was on campus working on my dissertation and used VPN to surf. Then I just put my laptop to sleeping mode without turning VPN off. It worked with other services. However, upon turning on I noticed the subscription was terminated.Fun fact is that they did it less than 10 days after I paid for a year. And nobody answered me in their customer support afterwards, which is also dodgy.I do not recommend using this app and paying for it, unless you pay weekly.

I’ve been using LetsVPN for almost two years but recently got blocked from their service without notifying me. After contacting their support they just said their AI detected abnormal activity on my device but without giving me the exact reason. And there’s no way to restore access to it, causing great inconvenience to me. Now I have to uninstall this app and find another VPN provider. My advice is, stay away from this App. Because once you paid they might do the same to you without notifying you in advance.
