The apps sometimes has issues like security authentication. Suddenly it will have error issue like can’t approve the transfer, approver submit a transfer request and cannot make approval. The persona banking app is more smooth. Also I can’t use business FPS as it always have errors saying Sth like the amount exceed self defined amount, come on, the amount is like a few thousands, so I never could use the FPS function to transfer $. This app n the business service of 328 is too time consuming n it costs so much of admin time. I can’t spend so much time to bother to call n wait for the cs representative to resolve issue or wait in queue in the branch. I’m considering to use another bank”s service as your app n operation is not as flexible n efficient.

The UX/UI make it very difficult to find what you want. Eg e-statements. They should provide a consolidated statement. And easy to retrieve current. Saving. USD individually.

You cannot trace the transaction up to the balance. Etc… etc….
Why it is difficult for them to make a reasonable one. Just copy the storyboard with different wording. Fonts and theme. Then it is a much better one already. …
The digital officer is dumber than dumb.

Each time logging in there are some issues e.g. 1)Account login expire and reset password after even one transaction. You cannot do 10 transaction in one day because yoh will then use up at least two hours of resetting and restting. 2) The app doesnt load smoothly, you need to delete the app and redownload. For using this to do business its waste of the time
