202110月更新蘋果軟件後打開不了6F😓😱

本人付款購買這個apps用了一年，在2021年10月更新蘋果軟件後便不能再打開6F Apps，裏面很多重要的工作資料都不能取出來了，害得我這份工作都不知道能不能過渡明年😓😓😓到蘋果店查詢有關情況，工作人員說這個Apps的開發人沒有更新Apps一段時間了，所以最新的蘋果軟件可能打不開這個Apps，有待這個開發人把Apps更新了，然後你這個Apps便會通知我下載更新之後便應該可以打開！現在已經是2021年12月27日，打不開已經超過兩個月了，開發人還是沒有更新這個Apps😓或者大家有沒有遇到相同的問題是怎麼處理呢？
