The latest version of the Aetna International Mobile app includes enhanced user experience as well as updates to the Find health care section and ID card. Additionally providers will now be able to access Direct pay in the mobile app. These updates continue our goal of making it easier and more intuitive for our members to find and manage their care.

Worst insurance app so far, period

I used AIA, Blue Cross, Manual Life, Prudential. This is no doubt the very worse insurance app I have ever experienced. Miles worse than the second worse one. No just the super duper user unfriendly layout, it has bugs! In every single page almost. Find any app developers from any of the above insurance company to redo this app will increase user experience by 100% minimum! Do something!

Cannot login, Keep saying internet problem

Happens all the time and we cannot access to the digital card and create lots of troubles.
Called hotline multiple times and still problems persist.
If there is zero star it would have been a zero star.

Need fix the problem

Try to input my information for the claim but it just flash back and sign off automatically, cannot use the app to submit claim at all, please fix the problem
