Hello, Sorry for the issue and the issue happened in iPad which is caused by iOS update. AiData 1.7.9 has fixed the crash issue and some compatibility issue with iOS 13. Please update the App and iOS to 13.1.3. Please contact stanleyhsu@asustor.com if any further problem or suggestion. Thanks a lot.
Cannot even read what is inside the folder
If a folder with more that some number of file, it cannot even read what is inside, the only think will show is timeout!
