Screen hang up after clicking any backup videos

Screen hang up with a reading icon after clicking any backup videos, e.g. *.mov, at AIFoto3.

Hi, may I ask for your NAS model, the security protocol version (TLS 1.X) for HTTPS encryption, whether you are using EZconnect, DDNS, or local network connection? Currently, using TLS 1.3 encryption and logging in via HTTPS cannot process video playback. If you have further questions and more information about this issue, please email to curtishsu@asustor.com. Not supporting .JPEG files & .mov files

This new update will not support .JPEG files, no issues with .JPG files. Please fix this asap as it has totally put a halt to my backups and daily usage of the app. This should be a very simple fix, not sure why it is taking so long for an update

The issue was reported to CS via web portal 2 months ago, file was submitted and confirmed that it does not support .JPEG files. Please check database for info.

Moreover, transferring a .mov file recorded from the iphone camera app also results in an error. This update is poorly done, so many errors during backup. Was running perfectly before ths update.

On a side note, if you select the photos & videos via iPhone photo album and backup to server via shortcut, everything transfer perfectly. So there is some serious issue with the app itself.

Please get this sorted asap, I can’t backup anything without going through a huge amount of steps
