No problem with the functionality, but payment can be a bit confusing. After several rounds of failure paying on the website and found I cannot use it on my phone, I end up contacting CS and have them remove my original subscription and in turn activate my subscription here on iOS, then everything is fine

I was accidentally written a wrong email address and making things into trouble, a personnel named Mary Angel she’s wonderful, a very patient girl, she’s really making me full of satisfaction. Although they have refunded to me but I joined back to their membership instantly. I had a comparison with a couple of the famous VPNFor the past few months. I finally found the best one and a fastest one and a stable one is this one, there are three different country is a bit difficult to connect with they can make it very stable, they are China, Pakistan and Turkey respectively. I can say you will not regret to use their services, so after that I strongly recommend to you all and NO lies.

The MAC version simply never connects. Support never writes back. The iOS version works unreliably when streaming. It either won’t allow streaming to start, or it just stops working as you’re streaming. You also have to go in and specifically pick designated servers for streaming, which is a bit tedious and unnecessary. Also, the app presumably allows you to select whether the VPN is on depending on the type of network you’re hooked up to (for instance VPN off when on home WIFI) or to prompt you and ask if you want the VPN to be on or off (for instance when you hook up to a public network) : Neither function works reliably. To summarize, fiddly and unreliable in iOS, poor to outright silent support, absolutely useless MAC version that just won’t allow any web traffic to connect, regardless of server selected. If you want a stable, reliable, and fast VPN provider, this is not it. Avoid.

Every time if I need to wake my phone from a lock screen and use the internet, i need to disconnect everything, WiFi, mobile data and VPN, and reconnect again, just so that’s phone can be connected. If I do not do this, my phone will not be able to connect to WiFi or data at all. Imagine you need to do all these steps, to disconnect and reconnect everything again, every time you use your phone, it’s a nightmare. I thought it was problem with my phone and I went to the Apple store. After a series of tests, our conclusion is that there are some problems with the app which need to be fixed.
