Bank transfer takes days and rollback not explained

We love to support start up and aspire tick all the boxes. Unfortunately, after we onboarded, we soon realized transfer can take up to days and rollback reason was so vague. Kinda embarrassing when we need to explained to our customers/ partners.

These are basic banking features and we hope they cld strength on this.

Horrible and recommend to quit

Credit card fails to work intermittently. Funds transfer out bounce back without solution and proper answer. Just say it’s issue of their partner. Even fail to transfer fund within from their account to Singapore HSBC account. Shall we report to monetary authority?
