Trying to get refund for double charge

Paid for this app through the App Store and when it was time to use it, no subscription could be found even though my card was charged immediately at the time.
Ended up taking a subscription using another card.
Have been exchanging emails with support who are refusing to do a refund via the payment card, instead asking for my personal bank account details. Not happening! Very annoyed and unhappy that a payment can not be reversed on the card that was charged. Will not be using this again after the RWC is over!

Subscription through iTunes doesn’t work

I ordered the RWC 2019 subscription through iTunes from the app and, although the purchase was successful in iTunes and it appears in my purchase history as completed, the app does not recognise that I have a subscription. Multiple emails to support (no phone number published) and no response. RWC starts tomorrow, no way of watching and down the subscription fee.

THIS APP IS A SCAM!!!

I actually subscribed initially already and got to use the app. Then I was logged out and then was unsubscribe despite still being subscribed in the App Store. I kept renewing but to no avail. So I got charged twice without having using the premium services. Then app is a scam and should be reported to Apple!!
