Keep stop playing mid-game

Just purchase to watch AO. The playing screen always pause suddenly and show a loading circle animation in the middle of the screen. I need to exit full screen just to load the channel again. And sometimes it happens so frequently that I even need to restart the app just hope not to pause mid game. It just ruin the experience for watching.

Keeps forgetting I’ve paid

This app keeps trying to get me to upgrade my subscription before it’ll let me watch the sports I’ve subscribed to. If I wasn’t technically savvy and able to navigate around this “feature” I’d probably be forced to upgrade. It’s hard to understand how some companies consider this a valid business practice.

Take your money and doesn’t give you the subscription

Subscribed to watch rugby World Cup and then it says no subscription. Firs tried a month and thought it didn’t work so did the whole tournament pass and same thing. Takes your cash but gives you nothing in return. Criminal
