Between Studio is a lightweight, relationship-centered CRM designed for tattoo artists and anyone in a service industry who wants to organize client information without losing the human side of the work. Service and tattooing happens between people — conversations, boundaries, comfort, memory. Between Studio helps you hold onto that context, so each interaction starts informed, respectful, and grounded. Clients First Between Studio starts with people. Create client profiles that store contact information, pronouns, location, Instagram handles, avatar photos, custom tags, and client status (from inquiry to completion). Add private notes, pain tolerance ratings, and long-term context so nothing important is lost over time. Care Profiles Track comfort considerations, sensitivities, boundaries, communication preferences, and safety support notes. Keep meaningful life updates and conversation history in one place. Care carries forward from session to session. Project Context (Optional, Per Client) Create projects within a client to track individual tattoos or ongoing work. Store placement notes, size scale, themes, pricing (deposit + total), and project stages. Organize reference images and progress photos into structured galleries per project. Notes & Templates Save reusable aftercare instructions, booking language, FAQs, or commonly used messages. Categorize, pin, and copy notes instantly for consistent, thoughtful communication. Calendar Awareness (Not Scheduling) Connect external calendars like Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Calendly to view upcoming appointments in a unified dashboard. Between Studio does not manage scheduling — it simply helps you stay oriented. Fully Customizable Between Studio adapts to your practice.
