User friendly app but credit card information cannot be deleted!
Easy to use app with good information. The key negative is that you cannot delete your credit card information (which is required to be able to ride). I made four attempts to the help staff to delete my credit card information; they all said their relevant colleague would follow up but never did.
I think they must be in breach of GDPR regulations.
