A Blockchain Driven Referral Platform for the Financial Community. “BROS Help Good Companies Find Right Investors” Bit-Bro is an IT services platform that applies blockchain technology to provide safe, reliable and immutable ledgers for project advisors to facilitate potential investor referrals through a network of finders. The Bit-Bro Platform has a web-based application that allows project advisors to upload information of projects that needs funding, where finders can refer potentially interested investors or fellow finders to the advisor who will perform the advisory work. The Platform provides a simple and efficient interface for finders to negotiate key terms and fee sharing terms with the mandated advisor for the referral of potential investors. Smart contracts are signed and stored on blockchain monitored by the Platform. The Platform records the referral activities on blockchain ledgers and enables the advisors to manage the referral process in a manner which finders can trust. The Platform targets private investments in search for a few targeted investors only.
