Needs better support

Often it rejects logon. Otherwise very good

The app does not seem to work in Hong Kong

The app does not seem to allow me to connect to any Boingo certified hotspots in Hong Kong (in particular CSL and CCMC). I tried connecting to various hotspots at different location that are checked for Boingo yet I have so far never successfully in doing so. A window would always pop up within the app saying that the app could not complete my request at the current location and asks me to try again elsewhere.

In addition, when I signed up the subscription using the Boingo Wi-Finder app, it simply signed me up to the subcription without needing to create a user name or any password that goes with it. The help site says it uses my iTune's user credential to sign in automatically. The help section also says that there is an option for me to look at my account by selecting the option "Retrieve my account" from the Setting yet there is no such choice. Moreover, the app says it is an recurring subscription and that a monthly subscription fees of HK$78 will be automatically deducted from my account every month. If this app does not allow me to connect to any wifi hotspots then there is no reason for me to continue with the subscription yet there is no option anywhere in the app that would allow me to unsubscribe from the subscription.

I am using an iPhone 5s and my iOS is 9.3.5.
