A pleasant experience
Got some stuffs from IKEA and used Call4Van for the first time. The driver was friendly and helpful. I also learned that the service fee Call4Van takes from the driver is more reasonable than the other popular car-hailing app in HK. Gives me another reason to use this app again.
Customer service problem
July 14 I was called service mentioned need to go to airport at July 17 to airport t1, I was mentioned need to get down the front of t1 because I don’t want to walk from car park with 4 big baggies and 1 little kid, your customer service she said “if the taxi can stop so we are also”
However, yesterday your driver confirmed me my understanding is right, van is can’t stop at the front there. And your customer service quote me the price are INCORRECT! She quote only $230 but yesterday I need to pay extra $40!
Before I confirm the booking I asked her to check it for sure is well, she still insist “yes, if the taxi can stop there than we also”
Excellence Services Yellow Van
Ordered 4 times to bring my dogs to vet. All were fast responds and drivers are very nice and polite. The fare may be a bit higher than others but it is worth to pay for good services and safe trips.
